On the corner of E Champion Street and Railroad Avenue sits a quiet little coffee shop called Caffe Adagio. Open since 2006 and advertised as a casual spot, they offer gourmet coffee roasted in Seattle by Cafe D’arte, fresh baked pastries, and lunch items. They also have a gift shop filled with candles, cards, and fresh cut flowers from Adagio Farm. While we were there my partner tried an iced espresso and I went with the doppio con panna. We both enjoyed our drinks but the doppio con panna had a nicer sweetness that perfectly contrasted the bitterness of espresso. Would not only drink again but would also recommend!
