Chick Cheese

Cute and cheesy? Like I said in a previous post when it come to cheese balls, I’ve got you covered. This easy cheesy chick calls for a delicious pineapple cheese ball recipe as the base. Let’s get into it.

Ingredients
2 (8oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, well drained
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup Mexican blend cheese
1 black olive, sliced down the middle
2 mini carrots, sliced down the middle for feet and beak

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, pineapple, green onion, green pepper, salt, pepper, and pecans. Mix throughly to incorporate ingredients. Shape mixture into a ball and place on plastic wrap inside a bowl to help keep shape. Refrigerate for 2 hrs. Gently remove ball from bowl and pat or roll cheese along sides to coat. Place cheese ball on serving plate and decorate with olives and carrots to make the face and feet. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with crackers and enjoy!

If you’re also wondering what cheese is next to the chick it’s a slice of Murray’s Alp Blossom.
