On June 13th, 2025, the City of Bellingham introduced a new game called the Find Billy Scavenger Hunt. The objective is to find all four of the sculpture characters that are hidden in various locations downtown. You can submit a questionnaire or photos of your finds on the website https://cob.org/services/arts/downtown-activation-and-beautification-program/find-billy-scavenger-hunt for a chance to win your own mini Billy! Created by artists Missy Douglas and Kim Rask, the project is part of the Downtown Activation and Beautification Program, which strives to bring joy and beauty to the community through its work.
