Who recently rolled into town and into our hearts? Why it’s the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck that visited Bellevue on June 21st, 2025 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their creation. Hello Kitty herself is at least 50 years in the making, but the cafe component is relatively new. They don’t actually offer coffee or tea like you might expect, instead they have a few pastries and lots of merchandise for purchase. They set out a “menu” so you can browse the merch while waiting in line, which ultimately makes the whole process go faster.
